Das im Haus bestellte Frühstück wurde von der Rezeption nicht empfohlen, da sie - so vermute ich - einen Deal mit einem benachbarten Restaurant haben. Viele Gäste wurden von dem Frühstücksraum durch eine uralte Dame ausgesperrt, sodass sie doch woanders frühstücken mussten. |

Lage in Niagara Falls und Umfeld. Sauberkeit Frühstück nur bis 9.00 Uhr a.m. in winzigem Raum, aber gleichzeitig Hinweis auf Frühstückslokal, also sollte man wohl das Frühstück gar nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Mitarbeiter hat uns auf Feuerwerk am Sonntag abend extra hingewiesen, das aber im Septemeber gar nicht mehr am Sonntag stattfindet |

A relatively new hotel that was well appointed, A very nice bright lobby and very friendly staff. I understand the value of space in Niagara Falls but am not impressed with having to pay $9.00 for parking. It's not the money, it's the princicple. I've never paid for parking at a hotel before unless it was a park and fly rate. |

Proximity to the Falls and restaurants They should make the toilet seats higher for older people whose knees do not bend like they used to. This not a complaint against this hotel specifically, all hotels in general. Some rooms in each hotel should be more seniors user friendly. |

yes, but our room is not good enough even though the room they book as is optional smoking room,the room is smell realy bad when we enter on it smell cigaret still even the pillow and the blanket. its far from the falls, we have to drive to the area where there is lots of fastfood store area. |

The hotel was clean and within great distance from the Falls and all of the activities in Niagara. Our room faced a restaurant that had an extremely loud band playing late in to the night. The room was on the first floor and I wouldn't recommend that to anyone with kids. |

nothing much, wanted to check right out on first night- did shorten trip from 4 nights to only 2. even though the hotel was recently renovated, it still really had a 'motel' feeling to it, the room smelled of a strong musty odour, very unpleasant, the free breakfast was so cheap, and the room so small, had to wait until people finished eating at their tables before you can go in, which causes a big line up, 2nd morning, wasn't worth to go back. |

the housekeeping staff was extemely pleasant! the breakfast room is a little small, and I heard people were not at all pleased with the wait.. we were lucky, and didn't have to wait.. but being able to take a coffe and muffin up to our room would be nice. |
