falls viewということでしたが、宿泊した11階（このホテルは１２階建）の部屋からはかろうじて滝がみえるのみでした。ただ夜の花火は部屋にいながらカナダ側、アメリカ側ともみえたので良かったです。スタッフも親切で感じが良く気持ちよく宿泊できました。このロケーションでこの価格ならリーズナブルと思います。 チェックアウト時、車をパーキングから持ってきてもらうのにあらかじめ部屋から連絡していたのにもかかわらず、ロビーでかなり待ちました。 |

アメニティーなども満足といえない。値段的には、朝食もせめて含めてほしい。飲み物が別料金というのもも普通あまりない設定。 ブラシさえない。歯ブラシもない。4星ではありえないと思う。 |

location We did not receive the room reserved. The room reserved was for an executive room with 2 queen beds on floors between 14 and 17, We received a room with 2 double beds on floor 5. |

The staff were polite for the most part. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The valet. There is no way they would have been able to drive our car and they kept insisting, if we would have used the valet service our car would not be able to make it home because the fuel injectors are messed up. I just didn't like how people kept trying to make you spend more money on things that you did not need. You should give people a booklet on special offers instead. |

Nearness to Falls & attractions Unexpected "full" valet parking for $23.00. This was the only choice as there were no other places to park nearby the hotel. |

location We had 2 rooms, and the front desk girl who checked us in said there was no connecting rooms but don't worry the second room is right across the hall. Well we reserved 2 room one for me and wife and one for my 3 kids including an 8 yr old, the rooms ended up being at complete opposite ends of the floor with about 20 rooms and set of elevators in between us. |

The location, the rooms were pleasant.. The reception area required updating. I paid extra for a falls view, however this was in fact quite disappointing. |
