The location was very centralto the best bits of barcelona.

The spa was unclean most of the time. The room faced a school which was noisy from 8am till after 10pm most nights.

The hotel is conveniently located (Plaça Cataluya, La Rambla etc) and its staff were all very obliging.

Breakfast is not included and the swimming pool is little bigger than a bathtub.

There was no air con and even tho we were there in Nov and the weather wasn't that good the room still got very warm, I would expect air conditioning in a 4 star hotel

1) Wireless internet - Works well only at lobby level 2) Rooms need more closet space if you are staying more than a couple days

Good price/quality ratio, pay a bit more, get a lot more,

the pool was a bit small, and the jacuzzi was empty when we wanted it. However we were immediatly helped by the well trained staff.

Clean and modern hotel

Very noisey ,due to people slamming doors late at night and holding conversations in corridors,please put up signs asking them to enter rooms quietly late at night and do something to doors to make them less noisey.

Good hotel, with good amenities and excellent location.

The breakfasts were good, but think they should have been included in the price. That would have made the deal excellent value.

The helpful staff; the free bottled water in the mini-bar; easy arrival and departure procedure

There were no drawers to put small items in. The room was clean but there were spots of dried blood on the floor that were not immediately noticeable on the wooden flooring.
