フロントの対応が良かった。迅速かつ親切な対応を受けることができた。 部屋が建物に囲まれているため、カーテンを開けても外の景色を全くみることができなかった。 |

Great people, location, facility. What's more would you expect?? We didn't try the restaurant because there were so many out there within our walking distance. Using the metro (station is only 2 min walk), Barceloneta was also very close. Our room was very hot!! We had to turn the air conditioning on, and it was early Feb!! |

通りに面し車の騒音が心配だったが､ｻｯｼｭの遮音が良く､静かだった｡ 浴槽とﾄｲﾚが多少仕切られた広さ感が快適だった｡ 個人的にはﾍﾞｯﾄﾞはもうちょっと硬めが良い｡ |

非常にスタッフが親切で、レストランの予約等機敏に動いてくれた。立地がよくどこに行くにも便利。 ４星ホテルなのでゴージャスな内装、外装を期待したが、印象よりホテルは小さく、全体にシンプルな印象を受けた |

バルセロナの中心に位置し、観光、ショッピングに最適。 スタッフは親切だが、料金が高すぎるように思う。 我々が宿泊したスタンダードルームなら、料金の７掛けが適正。 |

Location, Staff, Room, Decor, The pool is very very small, the breakfast is not included and is extremelly expensive for Barcelona Standards (it is nearly €18). Also, the rooms are not sound insulated at all (you can hear the people next door and in the corridor) |

The location was very centralto the best bits of barcelona. The spa was unclean most of the time. The room faced a school which was noisy from 8am till after 10pm most nights. |

The hotel is conveniently located (Plaça Cataluya, La Rambla etc) and its staff were all very obliging. Breakfast is not included and the swimming pool is little bigger than a bathtub. |

Excellent location and very clean, staff were also very helpful There was no air con and even tho we were there in Nov and the weather wasn't that good the room still got very warm, I would expect air conditioning in a 4 star hotel |
