L'emplacement est excellent et l'accueille du personnel du même. Il n'y avait assez de rangemenet dans la chambre triple. |

L'ordinateur à disposition dans la chambre + internet gratuit et ilimité. La réception de la tv, l'image était brouillé sur les chaines du satélite. |

la situation est formidable, quartier chic à trois stations de métro du centre. salle de bains luxueuses. Cet hotel est rénové et et totalement contemporains. Lits en 2.20 metres. les menuiseries extérieures sont à revoir ( pas de double vitrage). Le prix des petits déjeuners est exhorbitant ( 20 euros par personne). le restaurant et la cafétéria ne fonctionnaient pas durant notre séjour. Ceci étant Madrid vit une grande partie de la nuit et l'on peut manger à toute heure. |

Les chambres ne sont pas trés propres en raison, selon toute vraisemblance, de problèmes rencontrés lors des travaux (problèmes d'humidité, papier peint décollé, platrerie non terminée). |

Placed in a nice neighbourhood, really calm The beds were very hard and the pillows were just thin foam, we could not use the massage shower since it made the whole room wet; and the drain of the shower was not working wel; so no long showers, on risk of fludding. The staff at the reception was not organised and not very friendly. |

The location in the city surrounded by shops. We asked to change room to have a bath for our baby and the staff was very professional. No restaurant open in the week-end, although surrounded by restaurant in the neighborhood. No efficient dry-cleaning (drop of Saturday not ready for Monday) which is surprising for a 4-star hotel, had to go downtown to drop my husband suit. |

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Design was nice. The noise of the night club and people shouting in the Jorge Juan street all night. |

Very good location. Good room size compared with other hotels and laptop in the room quite convenient. Room decoration too dark. |

Great location - nice area and close to metro; a pleasant 25-minute walk to the Prado. Rooms very well designed, with trendy decor and free internet. They also have basic laptops in the rooms. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok but not worth 16 euro |
