The view from the hotel The bedroom was very dirty and there was renovation work next to my bedroom !! I had expected much better accommodation and was very disappointed with the dirt of the bedroom. It ruined my stay in Paris. |

The hotel is centrally located and made it easy to get around. The room was very small and the carpets needed attention. We were disappointed as we expected more from a 4 star hotel. |

I especially liked the concierge service. I needed to use the concierge to order some funeral flowers for a friend and the concierge took care of it, as well as some other things we needed. I wish they had restrooms on the ground floor for the hotel guests. I have a mobility problem and it was a nuisance to climb stairs to get to the public restroom. Also the ground floor restaurant's food was not all that good and the prices for all the bar service is exorbitant. |

Toilet got stuck after few hours of arrival,it took them 24hours to come and fix it, another 24 hours to clean th room!!!!!! Service is aweful!!!!!!! |
