the receptionist was friendly even after we asked for a larger room, and the location was excellent. We booked a superior room and was shown to what looked like the single room advertised on your web and in their brochure, we then were given another larger room and charged 10 euro more. The hotel was advertised by you as a 4 star and advertised by the hotel in it's front foyer as a 2 star. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked lots when you turned over in the night. |

Well placed little hotel with charming front desk staff. Hotel obviously in midst of renovation but bedroom and bathroom facilities good - could do with some hooks in the bathroom though! |

Very noisy neighbourhood - not the hotel's fault. However, our friends' bathroom ceiling (paper) threatened to collapse so they were moved from their 4th floor room to the top floor. My friend, aged 71 and not in the best of health, had to carry his luggage up two flights of stairs, there being no lift. Once there, they found the room so hot they had to sleep with the windows open. |

The location was fabulous. If you are looking for something that feels like it is in the heart of everything then this is a great place to be. Right outside your door are traditional restaurants, full of character, you are right near a Metro which can connect you with everything, you are right opposite Notre Dame and everything is within walking distance if necessary. The rooms were great but we were a bit disillusioned when we saw the corridors. No doubt they will be reburbished soon. |

It was very central location. Even though we were at the front it was very quiet when window was closed. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Very close to Notre Dame. Friendly staff also. |

The room was a good size with a large balcony - location great as you are in the centre of restaurants etc but the thick stone walls of the hotel keeps the noise out. The location is very convenient for seeing all the sights. Lift size seemed fine to us! Staff were always friendly and helpful. |

The location was excellent - just two minutes from St Michel. There were problems with our room when we arrived beacuse of people staying longer than scheduled as they could not travel on Eurostar. It took 3 attempts to find a room that was unoccupied which was not a great start as we arrived very late at night. To be fair the hotel rectified this promptly the next morning and were very apologetic. I would still recommend this hotel. |
