部屋自体はよかったが、部屋の壁が薄く、隣の部屋の音、廊下の音がうるさかった。

朝8時にﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄしたが、担当が一人しかおらず、ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄで行列していた。

空港や市中心へのアクセスがよく，場所的には便利であった．価格はリーズナブルであったが，最上階の高窓の部屋のため，部屋の雰囲気は最悪であった．

数１０分おきに部屋の周囲で雑音があり，夜中に寝にくかった．

家族４人でダブルとエキストラベッドを予約していたが、当日、ファミリールーム（ダブル×２）に変えてくれた。助かりました。ロビーにフリーのインターネット利用可能のＰＣが２台、あるのも便利。

設備などはやや古い感じ。シャワーも出も少し悪かった。しかし、気にするほどはないのかも。

Convenient to Metro ( beyond walking distance to all the sites) The square out front of the hotel offered plenty of choice for dining and simple shopping ( but you need to travel elsewhere for really good dining it seemed). Rate was OK. The room worked well enough.

My experience of service at the receptiion desk was very mixed, initially polite and helpful they we cold and aloof as we prepared to leave and I had to wait a long time for service while many other customers butted in without any courtesy. The desk manager seemed not to care about that. Worst service experience of the five hotels we used during this trip. Perhaps we were just unlucky.

Handy location ,big big rooms , Beautiful hotel , nice reception staff

Girl behind bar , rude and useless , waited 15 min in bar after ordering , had to leave without being served
