This was a lovely hotel and our room was really nice - a decent size and recently decorated. The location is ideal for the Eurostar - only a couple of stops on the metro (although we didn't know this and walked there when we arrived) The metro is right outside and only a few stops to the city. We have already recommended this hotel to friends - great weekend! |

The location was great - easy access to a subway stop. The room was very comfortable and clean and up to the US standards. |

Breakfast telephone was most of the time remain out of order so it was difficult to contact directly to room service, house keeping and laudary. All the time I had to call reception and they conveyed to service and it took long to get the service. There was no water in mini bar nor ay complimentary drinkng water as normally hotel give one bottle a day free to guest. |

A parking is located in back of the hotel. It costs about 20EUR/night. The space is not so big as usual in Paris. |

transportation restaurant is not enaught & was the worsth place of the hotel.it was not the the holiday inn when you look at there (restaurant) |

Friendliness of staff, location, level of service I had a room with windows facing the Place de Republique - the windows could be more soundproof, as it was slightly noisy, especially in the night. It would increase our comfort, but it wasn't unbearable. I would gladly select the same hotel next time. |

Close to the subway, very close to the city center, nice room, very clean. Internet should be free... we're no long living in the XX century and the price charged is ridiculously high... |

location The receptionist asked me to pay 7 EU more for my stay without any explanation. He said that the hotel forgot to charge me 7 EU. He couldn’t explain that in English properly. I had paid by a credit card before so I was surprised why the hotel charged me without the reason. |
