Rommet og størrelsen på det, komforten, betjeningen, frokosten, plasseringen i forhold til severdigheter. Døren på rommet ble malt idet jeg skulle sjekke inn, derfor måtte jeg vente noen timer med å ta det i bruk. Dette var litt dumt siden jeg hadde en lang reise bak meg og var relativt sliten og trøtt og bare hadde lyst å hvile. Jeg gikk ut, og da jeg kom tilbake etter noen timer var alt ok. |

Alt! Nydelig hotell, pent og deilkat inne, et veldig pent bad med toalettartikler fra L`occitane! Veldig god frokost, svært hyggelig personale. Dessuten et utrolig sentralt hotell. Litt små rom |

In the very center of the 8eme arrondissement. The place where the big shopping malls are. Situated in a in a quite calm street which ends up to the shopping area, by only two minutes of walk. Near to Opera, St Lazare and has a bicycle station nearby. I tasted many sophisticated French cheeses during the breakfast. Good staff. There was a constraction, but it was not noisy. |

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and even gave us an upgrade which was lovely. The brekfast which was included in the price was very nice. I will definately stay here again. Only that the only english channels are the news channels. |

The hotel was well placed for where i was working The staff forgot to clean my room on one day and i had to ask for this to be done. The bed in the room had a broken leg and was inclined towad the head making sleeping a difficulty. Finally I found the cost of additional things from the mini-bar overpriced. There was no coffee making facilities within the room and this was charged at 8 euros +. this was the same if requested with the breakfast |

Location is superb- short walk to the Louvre and the surrounding sights. Staff were very helpful, polite and likeable. Breakfast was decent, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice! The room size I thought was unacceptable for the price paid. While being very stylishly presented and v clean it was very cramped and a hazard if u attempted to iron any clothes (as we found out). They should definitely put a sink in the separate toilet so you don't have to go from one room to another and put a very small table and chairs on the roof terrace so that it becomes more usable. |

The location was perfect and the street was quiet. The welcome was not a warm or polite one. The staff was not well organised and had no structure. However, the people individually are probably OK. The staff that organised the breakfast was well organised and professional! |

Payments Internet company, which has charged me for every 5-6 min visit 49 euros, although the bill says it actually costed around 2, 3 euros and the fact, that they still keep the money for one night stay reserved on my accaunt. |

It is a nice, tasteful, friendly, comfortable, very well located hotel. Small room (this is Paris but ...), uncomfortably small bathroom. A sliding door instead of a regular one would had been useful. Windows not completly soundproof, somewhat noisy air conditioning. |
