Our hotel is located in the heart of the faubourg Saint-Honoré, close to the Champs-Elysées, Opéra and the Louvres. We are situated in an area of fashion and shopping, among the most prestigious place in Paris.

The hotel offers 121 comfortable bedrooms. Built in the 30's, and regularly renovated and redecorated, the hotel combines all the charms of a traditional service with the elegance of a 4-star hotel.

the location. The best "high street" stores all around the hotel, on the same street as the hotel. I would stay there everytime I visit Paris. Note: there are no food stores around it, you need to walk.

The twin beds instead of a queen size one.

Even though we were right in the middle of everything, I wish there was cheaper parking. The room we have was a bit run down.

Excellent location

The wireless internet connection is way overpriced and is not working properly. Very smalle breakfast areas.

Room was very good, nice bathroom and hotel is in a great location

Restaurant menu was basic, expensive and portions were small. I suggest they should also have a few umbrellas for use on rainy days then I wouldn't have been stuck there!

The views were beautiful. The rooms were terrific.

The lack of affordable internet options. The inability to buy a cup of coffee or pastry at the hotel in the morning. The staff were not very helpful - they would't call a shuttle service & wanted to charge us for the 3 rooms that we booked, but wanted to give us just 1 large room with additional beds. Ended up getting 2 rooms for the price of 3, but the 1 was likely a much more expensive room.

The concierge was very friendly, and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and had the most staggering views of the Eiffel Tower. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. But also that anyone going there should try and stay on the 8th floor as you can see all over the city. And the building opposite is only six stories high! Meaning the view was totally unspoiled. Lovely Lovely place
