The cleanliness, comfort & location of hotel. The friendliness and the
helpfulness of the staff particularily the reception staff. The catering
staff for the excellent breakfasts they were able to provide in such a
small space.

The staff was extraordinarily competent and service-conscious. We visited Paris and brought my mother to celebrate her 88th birthday. They looked after her as if she were family. They also gifted her a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast room is small, but they served fresh breakfast with fruit.

Hotel and staff where lovely. Room really nice and bed was excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much and would use this hotel again. Easy to get to the Metro, shops and see the sites.

fantastic location, great room,lovely staff, close to a few metro stops, good value for size of room and location

the fact we got trapped in a lift was not good, and perhaps the hotel could have given us a bottle of wine or something by way of compensation

Air conditioning as it was very hot outside in Paris! Excellent. clean bathroom. Staff really friendly and helpful-one I remember is Annie. Excellent location, just near Madeleine Metro and short walk to Place de la Concorde.

Breakfast seemed a bit expensive. Also lift out of order on last day of stay. Distant rumblings from the Metro that passes
