Hotel was going through some refurbishment but didn't spoil our break. I paid the bill in cash and was asked to pay more when we came back to collect our luggage. |

Everything seemed brand new. By phone, I asked for a bath instead of shower. This didn't work out. The staff was perfect except a young lady at our arrival who had the unpleasant task to tell us that the room was not ready ( allthough as asked we arrived after 3 . |

Excellent Staff. Travelled with my mother and we were given a double room. When I requested a Twin room instead there was no problem in changing. We could not find it on the street when we came up from the Metro. |

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very central,a short walk from Opera. It was a little difficult to find. |

The location was good and the price was reasonable. The rooms were way too small and very hard to move around in with luggage. Maid service came into our room one day even though we had the do not disturb sign on. Construction was going on in the lobby and we were not told this at time of reservation. |

The room was clean and brand new furniture, the staff was polite and the breakfast adeguate as well. We reccomend the structure for young couples and family. |
