Friendly staff who spoke very good English. Very helpful to us finding information on the Air France pilots strike which affected our return flight. Hotel in excellent position near metro stations and Notre Dame within walking distance. Hotel breakfast - excellent.

We had a lovely room which was really comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and really near everything. The RER goes directly to Charles de Gaulle from St Michel metro which is right beside the hotel.Will stay there again.

It was clean, the hotel staff was excellent and the location was great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and well worth the expense. We ate a large breakfast, late lunch, and saved on dinner w/ snacks from the city in our room.

Elevator was small, but the same as other European hotels we have stayed at.

Reception staff were unusually helpful, as well as multilingual. The room was cleverly designed and comfortable, despite the usual small size for Paris hotel rooms. Best of all was the quiet of Rue du Sommerard. We know this area very well, having lived nearby in the 6th arrondissement, and we know how hard it is to find a quiet hotel.

Everything!! The location was excellent it was close to the river, the cafes and the restaurants. We loved the organic food and the efforts to be green by the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the personnel were so nice.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. I am very impressed with the hotel and service we received, and we will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to Paris.

Location. 5Mins from the busy cafes & restaurants & main metro station, but in a quiet road. Hotel recently refurbished very well.

We had a superior room (Queen size beds) which was just adequate in size by the standard of most hotels standards - but was vg by Paris hotel standards. We had a bit of noise through the floor/walls but not too bad.

The quietness and classic style of the hotel. The location was very good also.

The walls were very thin, so the neighbours could disturb your stay in the hotel. Sometimes was the only one elevator not enough to serve the guests and the staff.

The location of the hotel, close to the Latin Quarter and Notre Dame is fab. Transport from CDG Airport to the hotel is straight forward. The rooms are small but as long as you are prepared for that it shouldn't phase you.
