the design of the new rooms was nice yes the internet price was very expensive and there was no choice.. i have to pay 25 euros per 24 hours daily for cabled internet.. Also in Booking.com it was mentioned that the exuctive rooms has free express laundry service.. this is wrong.. they only count the express service as the normal rate so you have to be careful ! |

Service My room was booked for the Presidential floor and I was told upon check in that the the floor could not accommodate my child and that I would get a room on another floor...it took 2 hours before we got the room. I got charged twice for the room upon check out....I'm in the process of working it out with the hotel. |

Resturant food was good When we checked in, there was a long line to check in. There was only one person at the desk and we had to wait about 20-30mins before we could be seen. For a 4 star hotel that was poor service. Also ongoing construction work woke us up early. Very expensive hotel for the service they provide, more like 3 star. |

The breakfast arrangements are cramped, the selection of food is poor and the breakfast plates are far too small. It makes a good hotel look cheap. |
