The hotel was used because of it's location to the station.The reception staff were very pleasant and helpfull. The description of a "cosy room" Very small would have been more apt. Due to the small size we had to upgrade to a larger room. The more expensive rooms were at the front and were very noisy due to traffic noise. Due to the higher tariffs more could be done to soundproof the rooms. |

The room is very nice and confortable. It was always cleaned, and our towels changed. Good job! The breakfast is not worth the price at all. There is no cheese and no ham. It is much better to eat out. There are many restaurants in the area. |

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Willingly kept our bags upon arrival until the room was ready and kept them again until our train departed the next evening. It was expensive for what it was, and while I chose the "cozy room" option as it was the least expensive, I did not know that the room held only one (double) bed---not suitable for myself and son. |

near the austerlitz station, the building and furniture are newly refurbished the cosy room is very small, for a short stay ok, but not for a long stay |

Clean room, clean clothings/bed, infrastructure in room fully functional (no broken things like in many other hotels), uptodate with today's standards. The room is small, but still very suitable for a short stay or business trip. |

I had a smart internet price, so happy for that. New cosy furniture. Coffee facility in the room. Access to Austerlitz metro at 80 mt. At full price it might be little expensive compared to location and noise from corridor, streeet and metro. Cupboard facility very limited (in 1 person room). |

Location close to restaurants and the Gare Austerlitz, free WiFi. Small room. Small room, noisy, a few hanging bars instead of a wardrobe. As cosy as a cave. Grossly overpriced (190 Euro per night, as it was during Paris Car show) |
