The receptionist was excellent, spoke very good english and explained the facilities very well. You were made to feel very welcome. Black lady with red shirt?! I could small moth balls in the wardrobes |

it was very nice close the metro the street was busy but windows made it quiet. they didnt have air conditoner on to be used year round |

The lovely rooms, the sophisticated cafe, the wonderful breakfast included in the price of the room. for a triple room there was no space at all , we were tripping over our suitcases all the time with nowhere to put them, suggest a luggage rack |

Easy to find, clean, comfortable beds, very large and comfortable bed sofa. The hotel staff was very polite and they all speak English. Everything was pretty good. I would stay at the same hotel on my next visit to Paris. Cheaper breakfast price. |

The hotel was extreamly clean and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. (Especially the english chap) the hotel was right next to metro. |
