actually this time nothing since room was not booked as requested(higher floor) out of two nights stay one complete day without hot water i am looking for compensation for the inconvinience caused since i have arrived at midnight on the first day of arrival and had to rush on the folloing day for shower before 10am as simply hot water will be cutted from 10 to 19.00 hrs??

the hotel require total renovation, being starwwod member i have asked for room upgrading with no success

Location

Room service quick but astronomical prices for the quality of food. Bar staff incapable of making a descent cup of tea (got slightly coloured hot water). The hotel is badly in need of renovation.
