今回はアパートメントタイプ4人用、に宿泊しましたが、部屋は40平米以上ととても広く収納もばっちり、とてもモダンで清潔でした。バスルームも広くバスタブ完備で、キッチン周りも食器類もとても清潔でした。立地面もバス停は目の前、メトロは2駅ホテルから5分以内の所にあり、便利でした。ただ、お風呂のタンクの湯がきれると水になるため、バスタブに入るのは2人まで。ホテルスタッフに相談すると同じ階の部屋のバスルームを使わしてくださったり、対応して頂けたので問題なかったですが、そこだけが残念な所です。その際借りたSyudioタイプの部屋を拝見した所、2人用でも充分な広さがあることを発見。次回もAdagio関連のホテルに滞在したいと思います。 |

一日めは外出から帰ったらルームメイクしていませんでしたがそういうシステムですか？！びっくりしました。朝の朝食はフルーツの一つもなくお粗末でびっくり。 フロントの対応がホテルとは思えない態度で二度とここには泊まりません。ＦＡＸもエラーがでて通じないと一点張り。日本の国際番号も知らない始末です。男性がフロントにいた時に重たいスーツケースの女性の私が階段で運んでいてもカウンターの外と中でだべっており全く無視！こんなお粗末なホテルは色々パリで何十回と宿泊してますが前代未聞です。二度と泊まりたくないホテル第１位です！ |

The location is great...very close to Champs Élysées, close to grocery store (Monoprix), restaurants. Kitchenette is fully equiped. Hotel was renovated in Feb 2008...looks great! |

good location, freindly staff, possibility to cook, very convenient for family wiht children, calm it is very strange that if you stay 3 days you will have every day clearning of your room but if you stay longer you will have no clearning of room at all. This fact caused some unpleasant feeling. |

Very nice hotel but not a 4-stars according to the American standards. Modern facilities but small rooms. Central to many tourist attractions: 15 minutes (walking distance) to the Arc de Triomphe, and less than 5 minutes to the Metro station (Miromesnil). Helpful and friendly staff. We arrived at 8:00 am but had no problems to check in. It would be nice to have the rooms cleaned up and the towels changed at least twice a week. However, we asked for clean towels and got them right away. |

The hot water tank in our room didn't work properly so we were given another room to use its hot water while staying at the original room we checked in. The problem was fixed the next day. There is no supply of soap or shower cap in the bathroom. |

Friendly , helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. In the heart of the city, close to all the sights and good local amenities/ shops. No complaints at all. |
