Location. Rooms not according to reservation. Very small rooms. Sounds + noise from drain-pipes from other rooms. Made reservation for early morning taxi. Hotel reserved shuttleservice at 40% extra cost without any notice. |

The breakfast was excellent. Rooms small but very clean and reception staff very helpful and cooperative. The shower - it was impossible not to flood the floor - needs to be replaced with a proper showerhead. |

The clean, nice rooms with nice interior design. The location is good, close to the Arc de Triumph. Wireless internet connection was terrible in the rooms. I experienced disconnections every 4-5 minutes. The breakfast was quite expensice, therefore we had our breakfast in the close cafeterias. |

Good location, near to Arc de Triomphe, Metro and importantly it is near to Airport-Bus(AirFrance-Bus) stop. Many restaurants in the neighborhood area. Free internet access and Wi-Fi in hotel area. Room considerably small, but perhaps it is standard in Downtown Paris area. Elevator is so small to accomodate more than 3 people. No boiling water kettle in room. |

Good location for sites and drop off from airport via bus- 5 minute walk to hotel.Friendly and helpful staff, good recomendations given for restaurants.Very nice room and tea and coffee making facilities very welcome. |

Rooms were lovely - great location and quiet so you coudl sleep at night. Had a problem with the aircon on the first night, was so hot could not sleep (and it wasn't even warm outside) Complained to reception in the morning and asked to move room but told none available. Insisted that someone look at it whcih they did and reported there was nothing wrong with it. Strangely after that though the room was much cooler and really enjoyed the rest of our stay. |
