Located opposite the Botanical Gardens (Jardin des Plantes)and the Natural History Museum, this hotel entirely redecorated and air-conditioned in 2006, will delight those in love with the Latin Quarter and its typical ambience. The University Pierre and Marie Curie Centre are also a stone’s throw away. As are the Montparnasse, St Germain des prés and the 5th district, which is a tourist area offering a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The hotel’s roof terrace is ideal for breakfast on sunny days, and the sauna is an equally attractive alternative for relaxing in this charming hotel.

Having a bath was great and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The location was good with the botanical gardens very close by. The price made for good value.

The bedroom was very small and pokey.

good location for our purposes (we like staying in the 5th district. Room was very quiet which is a huge plus in Paris. Staff were quite friendly and most were very helpful and pleasant.

room was VERY small (I have been to Paris four times in the past 5 years and I am familiar with hotels elsewhere in France). ALso, there is no excuse what so ever for the nasty croissants served at breakfast - this Paris folks. I have stayed at other 2 stars in the 5th and 4th with much better croissants and baguettes.

Just a comfortable, well priced hotel. Great location, staff were great. We are not useless, we were able to find our way about Paris comfortably so we only needed a room for sleep[ and a showerer, the Tim Hotel was perfect. The room was small and it was good to get away from the TV. Great restaurants and bars nearby and the breakfast was adequate and got us through until lunchtime.

The breakfast was awesome. Also the person checking us in was very, very nice. So was the person at checkout time. The bathroom was better than expected in both size and quality.

Unfortunately, the desk staff, aside from the two checkin/checkout people, were very rude.

Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is close to the University, to restaurants and Notre Dame is just a 10 min walk away.

It is quite near to all the main attractions, the staff is very friendly and they help in planning out the day. Breakfast is also quite decent.

The rooms are quite small. Also, the TV has only local channels. The lift is also quite small and two people can just fit in.
