Very central and within walking distance of most of Londons top
attractions, close to two underground stations and plenty of places to
eat and drink.

The room was very small and extremely hot. I am 6ft tall and I had to
curl up to fit myself in the bed

The location of the Hotel was excellent, The room was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful.

They didn't cancel the preautorisation charge on my card meaning that all the money in my account was inaccessible for a few days.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent position for theatre and Covent Garden.

Check in a little slow as only one person on and there were a few people arriving at the same time 17.30.

We liked the hotel and the location. Staff were very good and
helpful.Great room.

The position in the heart of the West End was ideal for our purposes

The breakfast room was a little crowded. There was a twenty minute wait for a table. However staff were efficient at clearing and relaying tables and restocking the breakfast buffet.
