The Quality Crown Hotel Paddington is an exciting new designer-style hotel at an affordable price. Located just moments from London Paddington station, it is one of London’s best-connected hotels. The Heathrow Express runs approximately every 15 minutes from London Paddington station to Heathrow Airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

There are 4 London Underground lines and numerous bus routes just a minute’s walk from the hotel, offering fast, direct access to the rest of central London.

As well as a superb location, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness facilities, which are free of charge for guests. The Gallery Lounge and Bar features Sky Sports on a 42-inch plasma flat-screen TV and the hotel also boasts an atrium-style executive lounge and conference rooms and meeting facilities for 12 delegates. The conference facilities are available at an additional cost and booking is required.

Food & beverage

Garfunkel’s Restaurant serves food from early till late. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 23:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 23:00.

Room service is available from 12:00 to 22:30.

Rooms offer 3 perspectives: looking out towards Paddington Basin and St Mary's Hospital; looking out over Praed Street; and looking down Praed Street over Paddington Station.

The hotel is situated immediately next to London Paddington station’s main exit. The hotel’s convenient location means it offers fast, efficient access to London Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express train service. The Heathrow Express runs approximately every 15 minutes from London Paddington station to the airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

The hotel is also next to Paddington Basin, the largest central London office development area and already home to many major companies, as well as St. Mary’s Hospital. The breakfast at Garfuncle

Beds were not as requested (2 off not 1 double). Spring mattress without top mattress is not good. Heavy noise from train in 1st floor room.

Near paddington station

Even I have a reservation, the receptionist told me that they are full. When I insisted, he suggested to house me in another hotel part of their chain. When I insisted, he told me to wait until 2 pm - I arrived in the hotel at 8:30 am, you can understand how painful that after long flight and sleepless night.At the end, it was blessing to be given a very small room at 10:30-11am.

Location very good and excellent choice of restaurants adjacent to Hotel

Not impressed with the fact there was no room service available after 2230hrs each evening, not impressed with Garfukels for breakfast facilities or choice

Room was lovely and comfortable. The hotel is right beside paddington tube station which is brilliant because you can get anywhere in london in a few minutes

The only thing i'd say is that the hotel is built over the tube station so you can hear the trains passing below until they stop at night. It isn't bad enough to disrupt sleep though and I would stay at this hotel again

Proximity for Heathrow train. Comfortable bed.

Room very tiny with bed too close to the desk to make the desk functional. Also had to "take turns" moving to the desk as there was not enough room for both my wife and I to stand on that side of the bed at the same time. "Free wi-fi" cost gbp15 to use! 1St floor room meant vibrations and noise from the Tube rumbled through the room with every train from dawn till midnight

The Hotel is well located beside Paddington Tube Station.The room was modern, clean and the bed was comfortable

The room was dreadfully small, just enough space to squeeze past the bed. The hotel had no atmosphere and the staff were unwelcoming and just carried out the jobs without making any effort to assist us over and above their basic duties of checking us in and out.
