The apartment was great for two adults and two teenagers sharing in Central London

As there were four individuals it was a shame that there was only two sets of cutlery, crockery, towels, pillows, etc. But hotel was very prompt in supplying all the necessary items when asked.

Great location!!! A strole into town :-)

Availability of lifts was poor for number of rooms plus air conditioning in rooms didnt appear to be effective

the elevators were not working well at all, took 1/2 to get up to the room and back down with our luggage!

Full breakfast was not up to standard, not worth getting with package.

location .. right next to Waterloo station (pity the Euro Star doesnt leave from there anymore)

Hd to argue that bereakfast was include .. all the paper work said it was and the inroom billing said it was but staff swore that it wasnt .. but after 3 days they agreed. Room smelt .. complained ... no reaction

We were upgraded for free to a studio apartment which was very nice. The hotel was very clean and eveything looked new. Great TV's and especially like the interactive billing so you could keep and eye on what you had spent. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Will stay again
