Well mannered friendly staff good food For the price was not a good standered room was in need of refurbishment and no breakfast included dangerous location for kettle and no drawers at all in the room very disappointed |

The Location was good, 2 minute walk to Oxford Street. The room - one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Small, grubby, very dated. Definately not a 4 star in my opinion. |

Room was good size Reservation not made. Once we checked in directly with the hotel and went for a walk arounde the shopping district and returned to our room we found another family's luggage put in our room. The assistant who dealt with us was very unhelpful with poor knowledge. The bathroom was lethal, water leaking. Patio door could not be shut so was noisy. Bed was crap - 2 singles shoved together. |

Free access to internet in my room I have waited 3 hours after check in time before they gave me the keys (the room was not ready), the electronic keys and elevators were not working most of the time, I gave my ticket to the concerge to confirm my flight but he did not do it (3 hours) so I had to do it my self, I requested to be located in the new building of sas when I first booked using your site but unfortunalty they didnt |

WI-FI was not working and I was proposed a bigger room on the top floor for the same price but it turned out to be without a lift, noisy and insecure ( door windows were permanently open). |

The most thing i like, the location of the hotel. Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. Rooms are very small, it hardly fit 2 persons with their bags. |
