The room was lovely, the balcony a bonus. The breakfast buffet was the best we had while in London. Though more Danishes please :) The location was perfect. It was a pleasant stay indeed.

We couldn't get a reasonable enough deal for Monday and Tuesday, otherwise we would have stayed there twice during our trip. We were there on a Friday and wanted to book two more nights but the price fluctuation was a little to much for us. It was 100 pounds more a night.

The rooms were too small, air conditioning did not work. Very poor value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed in London.

nice location, polite staff, good breakfast, nice clean room.

I upgraded at the last minute before I checked in - after reading comments on room size on this site. Glad I did because the upgraded room was quite small..so the regular rooms might have been a lot smaller.
