Breakfast was good with a good variety and value for money. The rooms
were small but good. The numbering of the room numbers was very
confusing! It seems they were not correct. Overall, we enjoyed our stay
very much. Great location!

We had two of the suites which were nice, but were let down by the shabby and small bathroom. Door handle came off, tiles broken, grimy shower screen.

The hotel is located near Paddington underground station and near Hyde
Park. It is also not far from Oxford streat. The staff is very friendly.

Free mineral water was not timely provided to the room.

The price

There was no bar, just a restaurant that sold drinks. Staff were not clear on directions to my room and the signage of room numbers was not clear on that floor so I got lost.

Location is the best thing about the hotel

the room was way too small for comfort and it would help if the signs around the hotel directing you to the rooms were accurate.

We really liked the location. It is one block from the Paddington Train Station which makes it easy to get on the underground and commuter trains, The neighborhood is very nice and close enough to Hyde Park for a nice walk or run.

The bathroom is tiny, but it is very clean and sufficient.

Air condition did not work. Also made two separate reservations for two nights (in a row) and had problems with the staff understanding that I was not checking out after the first day. The reason they gave me for re-checking in made no sense at all.
