We found the hotel and the staff to be wonderful. Our stay was far too short. The service was beyond our expectations. If we are ever in Venice again we will stay with you. Our compliments to all. |

Everything--the staff was super courteous & knowledgable; the room was spectacular & bathroom was fantastic; surprised my daughter at breakfast with gift bag of biscotti & birthday note(very nice touch); would definitely stay there again & highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel ,great location,& excellent price in venice |

Hotel was beautiful, and well situated, about 100 yards from the Rialto brige water boat stop. Breakfast was good, but you had to pay extra for 'full English' stuff. Lots to choose from with the continental breakfast, so not an issue for us. Nice roof terrace for those late afternoon wind down drinks. Would recommend it. The pillows were hard, but this was explained to us as being necessary for fire safety reasons |

This is a very well-run hotel. Everything is in good order and goes smoothly. Efficient, polite staff, clean and well-furnished rooms, both public and bedrooms. The hotel is close to Rialto bridge, with a vaporetto stop and also airport boat terminal. In the other direction, it is 10 minutes stroll to St Marks square, past some interesting shops. Rooms on 4th floor best, particularly 404. If you want a genuine Venice experience, you might not be happy here. The hotel could be anywhere, so if you would like to be in an old Venetian palace, on a canal, look elsewhere. |
