The staff were very friendly and helpful and none of them had experience of staffing the bar No but it would be a great if they did evening meals as the local restaurants are not very good |

Excellent service and location; it is close to Metro (takes you anywhere in Rome), Vatican, restaurants, and tourists buses. |

Amazing breakfast! Very good value for your money and it is directly accross the street from the Vatican Museum, no waiting in line here! It was reasonably close to a metro station and the front desk staff were really awesome at recommending places to eat for dinner. |

The staff at the reception were outstanding. They provided excellent customer support. Room cleaning service did not provide complete set of toilettories during the last room cleaning round before check-out. This seem to be common with may hotels around the world. |

Friendly service by all member of staff. Very clean environment and excellent breakfast. Had enough help from staff to find places. Value for money. Its located in a very prominent location infront of the Vatican musium. Room tempreature little bit low. Unable to adjust with the controller panel. During the stay room was bit cold. |

The Staff at this Hotel were excellent and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and very clean with a wonderfull bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and well presented. Location was great just opposite the Sistine Chapel with Taxis just outside the front door. I would mark this hotel 10 out of 10. |

The staff was very helpful and the motel was very convenient for visiting the Vatican and surrounding areas. It was a very nice motel, but fairly pricey. |
