Good, Pleasant Service, No Surprises. They tried to give us a (smaller) room. But when I asked for the twin/two beds expected, they quickly gave us a bigger twobed room. |

Near to the train terminal, easy for airport transfer. Breakfast room was nice. Free mini bar for water and juice. Was dissapointed in the superior room, it was very small, and the bathroom had no privacy, just a glass door that didnt close properly. Also the kettle didn't work and there was no coffee in the room |

close location to the train station, good interior design The breakfast could have been better. There was some mold in bathroom on the shower curtain. That should be exchanged more frequently (not high cost for the hotel, and makes a difference). |

Very good location, clean, nice and supportive staff, good breakfast, comfortable room, very friendly general atmosphere I missed italian expresso coffee during breakfast, very poor TV service, only four channels available, the price is a bit too high, however Rome is ... Rome |

Modern deco, free mini bar & excellent breakfast I booked same rate room for my friend, but their room was very small. They did had a better room after not very pleasant compaints. Should there be a better description on room rating? |

It was a great base for our holiday. The room was clean and comfortable. Only one lift therefore had to wait sometime to use it (or walk!). |
