We liked the location. It was very convenient. We did not like that they kept turning off our air conditioning. They also made a reservation for us to have a Night Tour of the City with the company they recommended. When we were picked up "by foot", we were taken to the bus and then moved to another bus. What we did not know at the time is we were being passed on to another tour company not the one the hotel uses. It was absolutely awful. |

The staff were very welcoming. As I was staying for my boyfriend the hotel left a bottle of champagne on ice in our room free of charge. I was a little unhappy that when requesting a taxi for the airport a more expensive company was used as opposed to a regular taxi with a set charge of 30 euros |

Conveniently located for ease of walking around the area. There are many restaurants close by. The room was adequate - not large, but European rooms usually are not. Bathroom facilities were fine. Free morning breakfast was plentiful - but cold eggs not too appealing. The hotel could use some updates-paint & carpet. We booked a night sight- seeing tour through the hotel and it was terrible! The usual company they use picked us up at the hotel and then turned us over to another bus tour company. We spent at least 1/2 of our 3 hour tour just waiting on drivers or something that was unknown to us. Neither the bus co. Nor the hotel would refund our money. |

Clean and comfortable room; friendly staff; nice location - near the subway and Termini Station. The hotel could offer more TV channels in English and improve the acoustic isolation. Quite often it was possible to hear the conversation of the guests through the walls. |

The rooms are very comfortable, the nights were good to sleep, the breakfast was very acceptable, except the eggs that were cold ever. As a whole, this hotel is very good The recepcionists are very cold and angry people (specially a woman), but the rest is good |

It was very nice location, near the metro station and Termini Railway Station. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, small but nice room with internet connection, sat-TV atc. I liked to be guest in this hotel. |
