En general tot està molt be i molt a prop de tot. El desconeixement per part del personal de l'hotel, de l'existència i els horaris del transport públic que para just al davant de l'hotel i que et porta per 1€ fins a l'estació de Termini en 20 minuts. Massa gent acumulada sovint a la Recepció. |

All of the people working at the Concierge desk were pleasant and very helpful. They helped us with directions and booking a day tour. They made us change rooms after 4 days and gave us smaller rooms. After being gone for 2 days, we checked back into the hotel and got single rooms instead of the doubles we wanted. The rooms were clean, but we felt we were not treated fairly. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay except for the room shifts. |

Hotel has a great location - even though it appears out of the centre it actually only takes 5-10 minutes to get to all the main sites on foot. Rooms are kept very clean and the breakfast was varied and generous. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others |

excellent location Hotel made arrangements for a car and driver to take us to the airport for 6:55a flight to zurich; driver dropped us at the wrong terminal with no transporation at that hour to get to the correct terminal. We would have missed our flight and ultimate connection to US were it not for a courtesy driver from Hyatt or Hilton who drove us to the proper terminal. |

We were looking for a disabled friendly hotel so having lifts was the most important thing. Its location was good too. All staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived very early in the day but were given rooms straight away, and near lift as requested. The bar was very expensive. I paid 27Euros for one small beer and three small glasses of wine. The tranfer to Ciampino Airport aranged by the hotel was quite expensive 75Euros as against 48 Eurs from airport which I has arranged from UK. But the hotel transport arrived on time and got us there very quickly. |

The included breakfast was very good but I would suggest a little variety with the breakfast choices. The bed was very hard. In Canada our beds are must softer and the pillows thicker. The room was very clean. Service was excellent. |
