Hotelli oli siisti, mukava ja sijainti on erinomainen. Alla mainittuja ongelmia huiolimatta tulisimme siihen uudestaankin. Ongelmana on informaation kulku h/kunnan kesken. Toimme vuokraamat p/pyörät autotalliin yöksi säilytettäväksi. Saimme lupauksen ilmaisesta säilytyksestä. Aamulla hinta oli 10 €. Päivä ennen lähtöä sovittiin v/o-virkailijan kanssa että saamme pitää huoneemme iltaan asti maksamalla ½ huoneen hinnasta. Aamulla toisen virkailijan mielestä pitikin maksaa koko päivän hinta. Käytöksensä oli loukkaava. |

Hotellin aulabaari viihtyisä. Siellä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja asiantunteva palvelu. Vastaanottovirkailijat voisivat olla ystävällisempiä. Aamiaisella henkilökuntaa liian vähän, kahvia sai pyytää monta kertaa ja tarjoiluastiat olivat usein tyhjillään. Aamiaisella voisi olla tarjolla myös kasviksia. Hinta 250 e standardihuoneesta on liian korkea tasoon nähden. Huoneen luovutus klo 10 liian aikainen. |

Even though English is not their primary language, however the staff was trying to explain you everything in English. Poor Breakfast selection. However you were not feeling hungry until lunch. |

I liked that all the reception and concierge staff spoke excellent English, and were very helpful with taxis, tourist enquiries etc.Detailed maps available at reception. Breakfast was good. The Hotel restaurant served good food on first night and again restaurant staff had excellent English and were helpful. Very central location, walking distance to Vatican, spanish steps and main shopping area The only thing I did not like was that there was no iron in our room. And a small point, no soap holder in the shower! |

The Hotel is within walking distance of most Tourist attractions with easy access to buses just 2-3 mins walk, and it is situated in a quiet area. The bed was hard and the pilllows were hard and very flat, when I enquired if it would be possible to have a soft pillow I was informed that they were all the same. Also, there was a poor choice for breakfast, in fact, the worst I have experienced, they should at least offer fresh juice. However the staff at breakfast were pleasant. |

The rooms were very cold and this could not be adjusted by the thermostat in the room. There was a smell of smoke whcih we could not get rid off. The noise level made it difficult to get a good nights sleep as there were people moving at 6 am in the morning. Perhaps you could assign specific flloors for tour groups and quiet areas for small parties. |

The reception desk was extremely serviceminded Although we had a room on the sidestreet it was quite noisy, the windowsealings did not work properly which probably is a partial explanation. |

Sheets changed daily, very clean, air conditioning worked very well, very confortable beds, very good location for sight seeing as 87 bus brought us down to the Colleseum.it was a genuine 4 star hotel as this is not always the case with Italian hotels female reception staff very helpful |
