Tot en general, una gran ubicació ( a 10 minuts caminant del vaticà i a 5 de la plaça del Poppolo ) tranquilitat ( es una zona residencial molt tranquila ), els treballadors de l'hotel molt amables, molt recomanable per visitar Roma. L'unic defecte es que no hi hagi internet a l'habitació, hi ha un ordinador al salo per conectar-te gratuitament, pero depenent de les hores estava sempre ocupat. Be i la televisió feia una mica el boig amb el volum, pero res important |

comfortable room. request for extra pillows was dealt with immediately. very helpful staff. one of the best hotels we have stayed in. hope to return very minor details. hairdryer was not very good. no tea/coffee making facility in room |

The breakfast was nice Even though there were thunder storms in Rome with 100% humidity, the rooms didnt have heating, so the room during night was cold. |

excellent. we prefer staying in a more residential district and this hotel was perfect, within walking distance of most sights plus having metro. We are older couples with experience in europe. Everything was better than average for a 3 star hotel,including sound proofing (important) and breakfast: except the plastic drinking glasses in the rooms. Can understand in the marble floored bathroom. Also the bar could offer an ice bucket of ice as we found in our hotels elsewhere in europe. |

Friendly and helpfull staff, clean and large rooms and bathrooms, quite location. Handicap access was not very good, stairs to elevator and to outside restaurant. |

The ambience, located close to the Vatican, and Piazza de Popolo. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this hotel. |
