During our stay on early Nov., air conditioning was not operated. For Japanese, it would be inconvenience because we feel cool.

Location close to train station, buses & attractions, helpful pleasant staff, beautiful large quiet clean room, great breakfast. Very pleased we were allowed early check-in.

We had control of the air conditioner and it worked very well (we've stayed in many 4 star European hotels and this has not been the case). The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the bath towels were nice. We really enjoyed having coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

We would have liked breakfast to begin earlier, perhaps 6 a.m., so we could have eaten before having to leave.

the front-office personal will need a lot of training to do right the job they're doing and we're listening (unfortunatly) to a very loud noise of the water running down the pipes

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and upon arrival were upgraded to a nice and spacious superiour room. The staff was very attentive and really gave us a good feeling. The hotel is located very close to Termini train station (5-10 minutes walk). Breakfast was good although not enough vegetables were served. We definitely recommend this hotel. The BD Couple :-)

In general, the room was very clean and the bed sheets spotless but the room corners and one of the chairs were dusty.
