Everything! Location - Just 5mins walk from Roma Termini. Cleanliness - Very good. Size of the room - Very optimum, it also has a pretty big balcony though not special views! :-). Breakfast - Pretty good. The shower didn't have sufficient pressure. But I'd personally discount this for the rest of the good things about the hotel. |

helpful reception staff, clean rooms and towels bedding etc. Breakfast times. Found the heating / air conditioning noisey and could not adjust the settings so at times at night got too warm. |

It was clean It is nice to have changed towels every day but there should an option to be "envoronment friendly and keep topwels for a few days |

There are a lot of pluses to Milani. First - prfect location. The hotel is on a small quiet street 2-3 minutes walk to trains, underground, buses to main sightseeings. All towels were changed every day. Bed linen and even curtains were changed once during 6 days of stay. Room was cleaned blamelessly every day. Room-maids were smiling. Receptionists very helpful. 8 hours of Internet is for free. :) We find behaviour of the stuff in the dining room very unpleasant. He all the time shouted something (when you are eating !) to the stuff at the kitchen (across two halls). So the atmosfere seems quite stressful. It looked like the eaters are not welcome in the dining room. Ignore signs "reserved" on the tables. The sly stuff just do not want to clean many tables! In general, the menu was modest. |
