alcuni membri dello staff, la vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto, l'ampiezza delle camere, la spa, la vista impossibile il servizio bar! neanche una camomilla alle 11 di sera per non parlare del resto |

breakfast eggs & bacon cold every day. The hotel room coffee maker only available on the day of departure. The shower & basin water was only warm & cold also my wife was unable to use the bath or shower as the bath was too high to climb into without a handle or grips. |

The rooms are really large, comfortable, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was tasty and staff were really helpful. We had a standard room which was more than enough with a huge bath and fab shower! |

Everything. The room was exceptional in every way. The hotel itself was truly amazing and in a fabulous location. You werent too close to the tourist areas in that you had the peace and quiet, but in easy walking distance to the tourist areas - I truly had the best of both worlds. The staff were brilliant also. |

Excellent location with one of the water bus stations almost in front of the hotel. Great breakfast buffet and lovely terrace in front facing the Grand Canal. The room was exremely comfortable with classy decor. Thought it was strange that wash cloths were not left with the towels. However, seems like that is customary in most of Italy. |

location - half way between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Directly on the Grand Canal and a vaporetto stop. Close to a number of major art galleries. Breakfast terrace wonderful. We were offered a free taxi to Murano island - " a gift from the hotel"! - the boat stopped right outside a glass shop which we were hustled into and given the hard sell. Annoyed with ourselves for not realising sooner what was going on. We made it clear that we were not interested but others may be more intimidated. |
