実は、隣のホテルに泊まらされた。 フロントの接客態度が悪い。例えばカードキーをカウンターの上に投げるように置く。カードキーの具合が悪くなったので、フロントで対応を依頼したところ、ホテルのゲストかどうかを疑われた。また、朝食の始まる時間が、７：３０からと、遅い、さらに朝食時のコーヒーが、インスタントコーヒーというのは寂しい。 |

Loved the spa bath, just what I needed to ease aches + pains after all the walking, good breakfast on the roof terrace No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, also they could only offer a sandwich when ordering room service, and we stood at the bar for at least 15 mins and there was no staff to serve us, so we went elsewhere in the end |

Did not know that construction was going on during the time of the stay no discount and worst of the 3 i stayed in while in italy. way to much and far from the city. |
