The location was excellent, staff friendly and room very nice. No self-ironing facilities (but this is common to all Italy). |

Have stayed a number of times at the Splendid Suisse and would do so again and recommend it to friends. Very well situated with rooms well styled although a bit small. The dining room was excellent and staff most helpful. Beautiful since being renovated especially dining room and bar areas. Bathrobes suppllied lovely touch but would be nice if bottle of water was left in room. Hairdryer in bathroom very poor- breakfast was better on previous visit. |

Fab hotel, fab staff, nothing to much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly go back. Central location great for st marks and the rialto. Comes highly recommended |

This hotel is in an ideal location situated a few minutes in opposite directions to both St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge.The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and most comfortable.All of the staff,especially Claudia and Lorenzo,were very pleasant and most helpful.I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Allthough adequate the buffet breakfast could possibly be more varied. |

This is a gem. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The suite was lovely, with a little balcony; the room service was excellent; the staff was very helpful. The beds and pillows were perfect. Not a thing. I highly recommend this hotel. |
