I needed some extra assistance and the staff was always helpful and eager. The was modern, very clean, quite functional. Having breakfast included was good. Great location for what Ineeded Like many Amsterdam hotels, a bit cramped. No room to lay out the suitcase without blocking access |

Good location. We only realised half-way through our stay the other reaches of the hotel..not indicated at all, e.g. bar, lounge, easier disabled access. The service in the restaurant was very poor although the food was good. |

Location to bars and restaurants in Rembrandt Square and proximity to city centre, excellent standard of the room. Only minor gripe was that you had to fend for yourself at breakfast and wander around trying to find things rather than being directed. Not a problem if you are stopping more then one night and have worked out where everything is on the first morning! |

location The lobby furniture was filty, our room was like a closet and it face a brick wall, when we asked to be moved we were told by two staff it would cost more money the 3rd staff after 2 days moved us with no cost |
