Huoneeni vilkasliikenteisen kadun varrella; kova meteli ja yksinkertaiset ikkunat. Kannattaa pyytää huone hiljaisemmalta puolelta! Aamiaisella tytöt juoksivat hädissään tuomaan lappua pöytään ja täyttämään huoneen numeron; aivan kuin asiakkaana olisin karannut jonnekin, varsinkin kun buukatessa sitouduin maksamaan aamiaisen. Aamiaisesta maksu erikseen tyypillistä Hollannissa, kuten atk-yhteyksien. |

Cleanless of the room, quite place, availability of supporting equipment such as mobile chargers, US-Type electrical sockets, and the support from the staff. It would be better to have free of charge internet use. |

Peaceful neighbourhood, large rooms, near museum quarter, nice buffet breakfast open until 12:30!!! (only weekends). Friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Decor, amenities, are to 5-star standards but not "updated" to what you would find in other similar rating hotels in 2008. No swimming pool, reduced parking available -though easy (and safe) to park on the street, just in front of the hotel. |

Service and restaurant The hotel has no leisure facilities. We stayed in two different executive rooms both on the 3rd floor. One was a very average 4 star hotel room, the other a spacious and pleasant luxury room. Same price? |

In a very pleasant area, although not exactly 'close' to the city centre, contrary to the information on the Bookings website. City centre actually a 10 mins tram/tube ride away. Whilst the reception area was clearly refurbished and modern, the rooms and other areas looked distinctly 'tired'. |
