The mattress in the room was really comfortable, the bathrooms were
really nice, good shampoo and soap. I had one night in the city
before I left for Canada, and I couldn't have chosen a more
comfortable place to stay.

I would have preferred to have been in a room where they weren't
repairing the roof outside my window, but at the same time I would have
missed my flight if the loud ass torch and equipment didn't wake me up
so in that case it didn't really bother me.

Very small room, some facilities not yet available (as the hotel is still under renovation), no parking although advertised in their website, WiFi not available in the rooms and outregeous Internet fees.

great location - updated part of hotel were modern, unique and quality facilites.

part of the hotel had not been updated and therefore a mixed experience. breakfast room, lifts need updating.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff

I was unable to pay by debit card which was awkward as I do not own a credit card. The hotel was still under renervation so we were awoken by noise from builders in the morning. Nothing was mentioned about city tax until we went to get our deposit back and didn't receive the full amount back - should have been told when we gave the money in. Overall very nice though.

The rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable! The staff was helpful.
They did anything they could to make our stay as comfortable as
possible. The lobby is beautiful and full of life. You can't beat the
location. It is next to the museums and park for during the day and the
bars and clubs at night.

The hotel is under construction. I had read about this in the reviews,
but did not realize to what extent until I arrived. It is my only
complaint. I am sure it will be an amazing hotel when they finish.

Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Great location near the art
museums. Room service meals were very good and delivered quickly.

The room was quite small, although well furnished and laid out. From the
photo and description on the website, I was expecting a much larger room
as this was billed as a 4 star hotel. There was also a lot of
construction/remodelling work going on in the hotel. A warning would
have been appreciated.

One of the elevators was out of order during all the time we stayed atthe hotel and in one specific day both elevators were out of order.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our room was very nice and
comfortable. The location is perfect.

A fair amount of construction is going on at the moment. Only one of two
lifts to our floor was working for the 3 days we spent there. The wait
was annoying. The bar service is limited with only a few choices. They
explained that they were moving but why not stock your bar and just move
the bottles with you? We lost our cold water on our final day which made
showering impossible.

Good location near the Vondlepark yet also walkable to the canals and town centre. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. TV and room lighting excellent.

Building work going on at the time with drilling early one morning before 9am. Not repeated on other days though.
