Rummet var snyggt, det fanns många bra tv-kanaler (trodde aldrig att jag skulle se det som ett plus), renligheten efter städningen var utmärkt. Väldigt lyhört med tanke på hotellets standard, och extra lyhört till ett specifikt rum eftersom endast en dörr skiljde rummen åt. Duschen läckte in till toaletten. Handfatet var placerat i sovrummet och därmed kunde man inte tvätta händerna på natten om man inte ville väcka sin partner. Den pågående renoveringen störde rejält varje morgon. |

Frukosten och priset för denna var orimlig. Eur 23,50 för en mycket ordinär frukost är helt enkelt löjligt! |

The situation is idea being close to all amenities, a Park, Museum, Canal and boat stop and the Leiseplein Square. The hotel was immaculately clean, and recently refurbished with very modern bathroom and flat screen tv, and good quality bed and linen. |

Central location It was a 3 star hotel mascarading as a 4 star. Given a really poor dirty room at the start. Changed it to a slightly better one. Others in our group had lovely rooms so I dont understand why we kept getting such poor rooms. We paid the same price! No ironing board or hairdryer in the room. Asked for one and was told that they keep being stolen. Very poor customer service. |

The Staff was fantastic, the location was ideal and the rooms clean. Still under renovation so getting to our rooms was difficult (had to go in the service elevator, another elevator, up 3 flights of stairs) but the staff made sure we didn't have to haul the bags thru the maze. Walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper you may be awake most of the night since Amsterdam is a night city. |

the staff were very helpful, the room was beautiful, small compact but brillant for the location the hotel resturant staff were not great a the service was very slow. The food though when it did arrive was beautiful. |

Staff in Reception area were excellent and very helpful. Bar service was slow and staff service not up to generally excellent service throughout the rest of the hotel. |

Very comfortable bed and good facilites. There was a sewerage smell wafting from somewhere which was very unpleasant especially at night time. The room was quite small but adequate and was quite noisy due to the close proximity of the street below our room. Also we had to take several confusing lifts to get to our room as part of the hotel is still not finished. However it did say on the website that the hotel work would be complete by J |
