Nice design, good location There was much noise in my room coming from outside. Not from the street, but a kind of vibration outside (the engine of an airconditioning or something like that?). |

This is a great boutique hotel with some nice attention to detail, original lighting and great atmosphere. The room was way too small, even for ny standards and nice lighting doesn't make up for a staff that is not always attentive. About 75% of the time, the staff was attentive and helpful, polite etc. But then there was that other 25% where they rude or ineffective. |

It was in a convenient location. The size of the room was decent by Manhattan standards. I also took advantage of the free internet connection. My room was located on the street side and was noisy at night and early in the morning as a result. The hotel should sound proof these rooms. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room. |

Kevin, the guy who takes care of the concierge during the mornings. Great help and he always had a smile in his face. The elevators were too slow as there were non guests using it to go to the lounge on the rooftop. |

Like the ambience and cleanliness. Service staff (excluding IT) was more than helpful and always available. Did not have wireless internet, and the wired system did not work. Also could not get IT on the phone to assist. I was allowed to use the Concierge's computer, however I kept getting knocked of the site when I was trying to book air flights. |

the dream hotel is situated in a strategic position.in front of the hotel there is the metro station and in 5 minutes you can stay at the fifth avenue by feet. the room was small |

Nice boutique hotel. Good location. Staff we OK (cleaners were very friendly) and the rooftop bar is excellent albeit the waitresses could do with an upgrade. Had to move rooms from the initial allocation but this was done without any issues and the new room was great. Overall things we efficient but a little clinical rather than the feeling of being a welcomed quest. Good restaurant on the side. No one told us about the spa or the gym in the basement. A huge oversight as I would have used both. Not much sense offering a free cocktail token if you print gratuity not included on the back as it is not a free drink then, or is it! |

The bed was amazingly comfortable and there was a never ending supply of piping hot water. The roof top bar was an amazing experience. Super room service Always felt safe at night plenty of security on front door. location fantastically central. We found some of the female reception staff rude and extremely unhelpful. The hotel is unhelpful when it comes to cashing travellers cheques. |

Staff respond to my request in timely manner. Room is pretty small for what I expect. Bed is not comfortable at all. I really think the bed r made be ache all over when I woke up. |
