ショッピングするには大変良い場所です。フロントの方は大変フレンドリー、部屋からの眺めが良く清潔、ベッドは快適、騒音もなく快適でした。 ヒーターが壊れていた。フロントに電話すると、古いので少し待つ必要があると言われたが、1時間以上待っても暖かくならなかった。ヒーターがつかなければ何か部屋を暖めるものを持って行くが、それだとあまり暖かくならないが・・・と言われた。フロントの対応には不満はないが、きちんと部屋の設備メンテナンスをして欲しいと思いました。 |

ユニオンスクエア、繁華街がとても近くて便利。古い建物がうまくリノベーションされ、清掃が行き届いていて快適だった。アメリカの割には都心のせいか部屋が狭いのが気になったが、インテリアが洗練された感じで好印象。バスルームが広く使いやすかった。 部屋でインターネットを利用したが、つながりが悪く遅かった。 |

朝食サービスがないのが残念・・・・。それ以外はコストパフォーマンス、交通の便を考えてもすばらしいホテルでした。部屋も清潔そのもので、申し分なしです。 |

ユニオンスクエアに近くロケーションは非常に良い。又、ホテルスタッフの対応は誰もがVery Good。Comfortableに過ごすことが出来る。部屋は豪華では無いが広さも十分あり価格を勘案するとReasonableと思う。 敢えて言うなら、米国の他ホテルと同じく部屋の中の照明が多少暗い、といった点か。SFのDowntownで泊まるならお勧めです。 |

It was ideally located, just off Union Square. The quality of the hotel was great. I would recommend to friends and stay there again, if I was visiting San Francisco. The staff were particularly pleasant also. On the night of our arrival the street cleaning commenced at 4.00 am, in fairness to the hotel this was not their fault. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and the hotel staff were very accomodating. The second room we stayed in was much quieter. |
