És cèntric i té un molt bon esmorzar. Habitació petita però ben equipada. No es pot obrir la finestra i feia molta calor a l'habitació. Té aire acondicionat però fa bastant soroll. |

És un hotel petit, reformat, tranquil, i net. La ubicació trobo que és immillorable, al mig de Manhattan. Les habitacions són força grans, la decoració agradable. Els lavabos tenen de tot. Televisió plana de 32” a l’habitació. Llit gran i confortable. Moqueta. La relació qualitat preu és bona. Les vistes que apareixen a la web de l'hotel només es poden veure des de les suites del 8è pis. La resta d'habitacions donen o bé a un aparcament (si estan situades a la façana) o bé a un pati amb ventiladors una mica sorollosos (si és que estan situades a la part posterior). L'esmorzar està força bé tot i que no tenen llet calenta (si els dies són freds es troba a faltar). |

The location of Park South is excellent for exploring the sights of Manhattan. Empire State Building and Fifith Ave only a few blocks away. Subway station on the same street as the Hotel. Breakfast was excellent - great variety and plenty of it! Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. The wardrobe space in our room was tiny! Probably room for a few shirts and a dress or two! That said, we survived with this limited space. |

Its good position for getting around New York Originaly given a very dark and small room with no hanging space for clothes. but had paid extra when our friends had a bigger room for much less |

we thought we had requested a king bed and ended up with a queen or something smaller than that. The tv reception in the room was horrible, even after the hotel service person came to our room twice. The room was extremely small and there is no place to put any toiletries in the bath. |

The best things related to this hotel are: location (close to a metro station, pharmacy, restaurants and easy access to every interesting sights), cleaning (the rooms, common areas, restaurant) and staff (very helpful from the person who opens the door to the front desk manager). Change the old models of AC units, too noise coming from it. |

Great location, nice hotel, kind and very helpful staff clean room and facilities, complimentary breakfast, close to the subway station. Very small room for breakfast and unfortunately anyone even from outside can easily come and take out a cup of coffee and some muffins from there absolutely no control.. |
