立地、サービス、雰囲気等全体としては文句なしでした。観光の相談もできたし、ダイニングのスタッフもフレンドリーだったし、帰りの空港へのタクシーの予約をしなくてもドアマンがきちんとイエローキャブを拾ってくれました。 あまり大きな問題はありませんが、部屋でお茶を入れられるお湯のセットがなくルームサービスを頼んだこと、シャワーが固定式だったこと、無料でインターネット閲覧ができるラップトップがフロントに一台しかなかったことぐらいです。 |

バスルームが狭く感じた以外は素晴らしいホテルと思いました。 ベッドの寝心地が際立って良く感じた。セキュリティの安心感もある。 スタッフもきびきびしてフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。 オフシーズンだったので、価格も満足感があったが、 通常の料金だと、どう感じるか疑問。 |

cleanliness of room/bathroom i have not used internet WI FI then why i had to pay extra money for access. it should be optinonal and control by password |
