Trevlig städpersonal som arbetade under orimliga förhållanden och delade hotellets enda hiss med samtliga gäster. Rummen små som garderober. 1 hiss för ett hotell med över 200 rum på 10 våningar. Man behöver bra benmuskler. Groteskt dyrt. |

Nära till Times Square utan att störas av trafken Nytt hotell, 2-3 vån var ej klart, fanns ingen bar, restaurang el roomservice, man bör ej köra "lucköppnng" utan öppna först när hela hotellet är klart, vi betalade1700$ för 4 nätter= inte OK!!!! |

comfort I had a problem with a tv remote in my room and when staff came up to look at it they didn't do anything about it. |

Location and lobby bar They only had 4 of our 5 rooms booked. After long wait we finally got last room. Also did not get rooms we booked, we got some smaller rooms for no reduction in price |

Rooms are very nicely rennovated and comfortable, lobby, lounge, bar and restaurant are very cool. Rate was excellent -- probably because they need to generate revenue while they finish rennovating the hotel. Read on... 1. Restaurant only serves "small plates," not complete meals 2. Only two, very slow elevators. 3. No room service and no coffee or mini bar in the room. 4. No iron or ironing board in the room. 5. The worst part: very noisy room -- didn't get 5 minutes of sleep because of the loud street noise (garbage trucks all night long). 6. No in- room movies. |

The location Not enough room for toiletry's and such and not enough places to hang coats, towels etc. Also the chair at the desk is to tall and you can fit your legs under it and our toilet clogged up twice. |

I liked the look and feel of the hotel. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The lift was really slow, and only one lift worked. |
