Helhedsindtrykket er godt. Morgenmadsstuen lidt for lille til antallet af gæsterne. Vinduet utæt, hvorfor det trak ind med kold luft. Var en nat uheldig med nogle urostiftere, som løb rundt og råbte på den udvendige brandtrappe. Mindske træk fra vinduet. |

My husband and I were very pleased with everything. We booked for the location and price but were pleasantly surprised by the charm,quality and comfort of this grand old hotel. Walls are thin so we heard others in the hall and room next door but very little noise from the street so I consider that an acceptable trade off. |

The cleanliness We booked a room for 3 nights On our arrival, we realised that it was adjacent to a construction site.. We were promised that we could choose a quieter room next morning. We choose one, but the staff changed it without warning. We did not stay for the third night. Your webb site should provide accurate information about special problems such as noise and your staff should keep promises |

Location At 7:00 A.M. construction started for the entire day just outside our window. It was so loud you could npot heart the T.V. |

It was a really nice looking place.Clean with lots of room facilities.Great location.Actually a really good hotel located in just the right spot but without being too much on top of it. It needs something along the lines of a coffee bar.The 'Tapas Bar' open in the evening is small & the 'tapas' really shouldn't be called that-microwaved pizza/chicken wing type food has never been tapas! Staff whilst polite & informative,weren't exactly over friendly! |
