Yeri çok iyiydi Temizlik sorunu vardı- daha önceden kalan kullanılmış bir tek erkek çorabı yatağın hemen yanında duruyordu. Parayla çalışan telefon bozukmuş ancak hiç bir uyarı yazısı üzerine konmadığından para yutuyordu. |

Central location, between Times Sq and the 5th Avenue. If you pay discounted rates is definitively a deal. Small rooms but clean. Staff very approximative. If you pay the full rate (no discount, no special offers) you need to have a service as appropriate. Anyway if you are easy going you do not pay attention to these issues. |

The updated rooms are quite good (though perhaps crowded for more than 1 person). The location is excellent. There is construction next door that starts at 6 am. It can be quite loud. |

we were in a room that just didn't feel right, and were able to change rooms. the second room was much better. we had in room coffee. that was nice. i would have liked if there were a microwave, and mini fridge in the room. there was only one ice machine and vending machine and it was in the basement of the hotel, and we were on the twelfth floor. the breakfast was just ok, but the room needed to be renovated. |

Location-right off of Times Square. Breakfast is included. Bed is very comfortable. The windows led to strange dirty interior corridors so there was zero view. The bathroom didn't have towel racks so you had no place to hang a towel. I got woken up a few times from the hallway noise. |

The Location was great. In the heart of Manhattan, The staff at the hotel where great, Very helpful and happy to serve. The Breakfast includes was nice, although it does tend to get pack out during breakfast time, A nice hotel to come back to if you are in New York the wireless was a bit slow and didnt connect from time to time. |

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We requested a non-smoking room, but received a smoking room. Wasn't too big of a deal, but didn't like the smell |
